All teams were present except BigArm and North Collins. NC was on a call and called Tater and BigArm forgot about the meeting.
You have until Friday to get your games scheduled or the board will schedule them.
3 or more teams with ties that cannot be determined by head to head will be decided by picking out of a hat.

Silver playoffs will be

9 vs 10

lowest seed from the gold loser vs the 11th seed
Sunday August 12th Gold Playoffs will be at the Nike Base
6pm
1 vs 4
2 vs 3
Silver Championship will be played at 6pm on Sunday August 12th at the Nike Base.
Championship Game is Saturday August 18th 4 pm at Lakeshore Champs
Rain date Sunday August 19th 4pm would be played at Woodlawn since Lakeshore Champs have something at their hall.
We will be doing a 50/50 at all games to help pay for all of the umpires.

I assume if this happens, since it's possible, ATLEAST the 3 teams or more involved would have a rep there to witness this process, correct?
