MEETING JANUARY 31ST 7PM AT LAKEVIEW
Permalink

Congratulations to the Lakeshore Vol. Fire Co. on there 2011 Championship

 MEETING TUESDAY JANUARY 31ST LAKEVIEW'S HALL 7PM

Here are a few things we need to discuss

If anyone has anyother issues let us know. If you do reply to all when you send it back.

1   Officers

2   Forfits from this year (Scranton playoffs) They have forfited the playoffs the last 3 years!

3   West Seneca teams are they really coming and we need to officially vote them back into the league.

4   If they do Do we still charge East Seneca the forfit fee? I know it it a sore subject but if we charge our own members it will be hard to not charge them

5   Really push the golf tournament as a fundraiser

6   Set the fees for next year

7   Umpires next year are $44 for Gowanda and $40 for Southtowns

8   Discuss any issues from this past year

9   Treasures report

And anything else that you would want to bring up.

Pat

Talk was that East Seneca and Winchester wanted to combine. NOT HAPPENING

Talked about the golf tournament and I will get a list from Jack Hazard on how many teams attended to see how much they get back.

League fees will be the same as last year. $400 per team. Hamburg teams will be $220.

Treasure gave his report and we look to be in very good shape going into this year.

Tater is contacting the West Seneca teams to see if they will be back next year and to have them at our next meeting.

Motion by Lakeshore second by Woodlawn to allow Life, Social, Exempt members to play ball. They must have a minimum of 5 years in your company. Passed

We will try to have a set of bylaws and managers contact list when we hand out the schedules

The divisions will stay the same and if East Seneca and Winchester come back that we will pick a team out of a hat for the north and south divisions.

Next meeting Tuesday Febuary 28th 7pm at Lakeview.
