Vice Fininzio lead off the game with a HR and brant jumped out to an 8-0 lead through 6. North Collins scored 3 in the 6th and 1 in the 7th, but could not get it any closer. The game was missing a lot of regulars as Brant was missing David, Joe, and Tony, while NC was without Keith, Ricky, and Boozer(there must have been a senior citizen discount at 3 Star). the rematch is set for July 22nd in Brant
Correction, talked to Scranton guys at Freedom Fest last night, they couldn't get enough players because of the standby, so we will agree to re-schedule. after all it is the fire company work that comes first, and we play for fun so why not make it another day.
