On yet another cold Tuesday, Brant defeated Scranton at Carnegie Field. Brant was led by Tony Puntillo, 2 HR, Triple, 9 RBI's, circus catch, gunned a guy out at home, and overall swell guy. Tom "Uncle Tony" Whelan also had 5 RBI's and hit for the cycle. Vince Fininzio struck out, which brings the K beer fund up to 180 beers....Next up is a visit from the Highland Hosers....
Good game all around, pretty much back and forth all game. Someone on N.E, (sorry forgot your number!) hit a bomb over the left field fence, and Chris Bley also had a homer for North Collins. Danny Beaver pitched real well for NC, and the NC outfield was excellent. North Evans had some great hits too, it was a good game. Good luck, until we meet again of course, to North Evans!

North Collins Softball, win or lose, we drink the booze
lake shore 12 o.p. 7 tight game op up 3-2 into bottom of 5th. lake shore able to put 10 across in the 5th. Needed them as op came back with grand slam in the 6th. next up reserve
Woodlawn started fast with 8 in the first. Mike Weller pitched a good game and LT hit for the cycle. Next up Lakeview Sunday at 2pm at Woodlawn. Ernie just may have a high and tight one for Zak. We will see.
