I was wondering if perhaps, a synopsis of the meeting held last night could be posted on this board. Some people have prior commitments and are unable to attend. It would be GREATLY appreciated.Thanks!!
as per your tickets there was 2 winners from leb that were not paid because no stubs were turned in for those 2 tickets. rick brought this to our attention and we told him to send the money to leb attn ball team manager and he will get it to the person that is owed the money. FYI there was 10 teams that must of had prior commitments last night. joanna will be posting the minutes from the meeting and what team attended the meeting on the web site in the near future
We did !!!!! There were a few the team members that did'nt get them back in time for us to turn them in, so the team bought the tickets . When i gave the tickets and money to Rick I told him any winning tickets that he didnt have a stub for to send the check to the ball team seeing as though we bought the tickets. I think that if we dont have a big banquet like in the past that there should be another means to raise money for the trophies. To force the little teams to come up with a hundred dollars or more is wrong , with our team having to buy the remaining tickets or FORCE FORFITS that killed what little funds we had making it hard to host the after game party. I thought that this was to promote brotherhood between the fire companies and have fun???? Now i see it as a just a money maker getting off the track of what this was all about!!

the league needs the money from the tickets to pay the bills. if you or someone from your team would have come to the meeting you would know where the money is going. we just had the meeting and we will be doing the tickets again next year but there will be no beer blast.
