sorry chris it was a new guy that hit you yesterday. he did not know about last years injury. FYI it was chuckie last year. thank god it was not weller. let me know how you are doing. hope it is not broke. you really could of let us take you in last night i would of drove and we would have put tyger on the radio and i think we even had a EMT at the hall.
Brant defeated North Evans 23-18 ,in a back and forth game, on Tuesday Night. The game had 9 lead changes and the final one with brant getting 7 runs in the top of the 7th. Brant was led by Tom Whelan(3 hits, 3 RBI's), Joe Hill(3 Hits, 3 RBI's), and Mike Hoch(HR). What made the win even more delicious was that we played for a bag of clams...mmmmm clams....Next up for Brant at this time is Woodlawn on Sunday July 22nd.....
lake shore out lasted union 9 -8. lake shore had an early 6 -0 lead. but union started chipping away at it. chet helped his own cause, with a 2 run dinger in the bottom of the sixth to make it 9-6.turns out it was needed as union put 2 across in the 7th. with 2 out and man at third chet got the batter to pop up. Next up is neighbors week. big tree on thurs followed by scranton on sunday. Good luck team as I am on my way to the outer banks
big tree pulls off the upset as they beat OP 17-12. we were hitting good right from the start. i had another home run, eddie was pitching great, getting a lot of strikes, chris maser was amazing at 3rd and we just played a heads up game that we should play every week. north evans tuesday, and lake shore thursday
North Collins knocks off East Seneca in a great game. After we were down 11-0 at one point, it wasnt looking good whatsoever. However, we never gave up, and ended up going on a tear, and pulled a head to 17-12 in the 6th, and held East Seneca to 3 runs or so in the 7th to take the win.
It was a great team effort by NC, every single person did their part and contributed something to the victory.
