16 -0....... How the heck did woodlawn lose. I wasn't there so I really need someone to explain it to me.(BE NICE) Lake Shore is a good team but I thought woodlawn was the team to beat..... and that's exactly what Lake Shore did.
Lake Shore played very well...was in the lead for most, if not all of the game....added 2 huge runs in the top of the 7th..and held on when Woodlawn had men on 2nd and 3rd base in the bottom of the 7th...

Great season Woodlawn. Your a veteran team with gamers at every position. You will be back next season stronger because of this loss. Thats not good news for the rest of us .

thats why brant got our sportsmans vote. thanks for the plug. the boy from bigtree wants to be a wiseguy we will have to beat them by 40 next year. hopefully it is our first game so it will start the season right for us. but we all know we will end up playing brant the first game because we all know that the scheduling god will try to screw with us like they did this year with east seneca.

thats to bad we like to get the teams that kill us out of the way early, it doesnt bother us that you say your going to beat us by 40 next year we know we arent good we have fun playing, i just think its funny that you take shots at some teams all year and the second someone gives you one you get pissed.
thats why were sitting and watching this year. its easy smack talk when you live 300 miles away.anyway i just like getting you fired up next year you better lose on purpose so you wont be watching to.just remember 15 yrs i played a we were in 8 shows 4and 4.
Take a look at the average age of the teams in the league and see how they finished. I'm guessing that you would find the teams that made it to the final 4 to be around 30. I know ours is around 37. There might be something said for that. Oh and being healthy helps!!!! Man it sucks getting old and injured... Takes weeks to get back to playing. So lets see how the OLD TIMERS do. They are the ones that are true to the league. I have seen a lot of 17-18 yr olds come and go in this league but look at who you play against year after year, the same OLD TIMERS. As always it's great to see the same OLD friends and faces.
I second that boozer.....well said. I've been playing many years(33) and always had a lot of pride being part of this league and would never let a few spoil it.
i have to say one thing about this league it was a great run. i played for 15 yrs i made alot of good friends and by far this is one of the best .if anyone says this league sucks should not be playing .
