Motion by Armor second by Lakeview to fine teams for not sending a represenitive to the meetings. Passed
League fees will stay the same as last year. $400

Tue Jan 22nd See who is going to return for the 2013 season and try to continue to get more teams involved Tue Feb 19th Finalize umpire situation Tue March 19th League fees are due Tue April 16th Get schedules and any issues before the season starts Tue July 30th Settle Issues and collect any forfit fees from the year Tue Sept 17th Year end wrap up and election of the 2014 officers
We are going to send letters to the following fire company's to see if they have any interest in joining. Winchester, Scranton, Hamburg, Newton Abbott, Reserve, union, Windom, Hillcrest
