big tree lost to north evans i think the score was 23-1 in 5 innings. north evans was hitting everything to the gaps and played some great defense, it didnt hurt that we hit right to them either. good fun game in the end. big tree travels to lake shore thursday
North Collins defeated Scranton in a great, rainy game. It was back and forth all game, despite probably the worst umped game I've ever been apart of, or even seen at any level ever. It really runined the flow, I know Scranton agrees just as much, if not more, it was brutal!
Anyway, good game to Scranton, keeping it close all game, I love those ones, good luck the rest of the season guys!

The NC Scranton game was a great one, even if I did win the Can of Corn award. That ump was lousy. We;ve had him in the past for games over th last couple of years and he's cost us more than one run. It was sad to see cause it was one hell of a game right down to the bitter end.
Highland took a beating from Union last night 17-4. The game started in a light drizzle with Union crackin the bats for a quick 6 runs. Highland came back in the bottom but could only recover 3 runs of thier own. As the rain fell harder Highlands defense fell, and Unions bats cranked. With a few more bed defensive innings Highland fell to Union after 5 innings. Highland has off on Thursday, but will surely will be traveling down the road to Woodlawn to watch our sister company North Evans take on the Mayor's team. Should be a good one. Next week LEB @ HIGHLAND on Tuesday, and Highland @ OP Thursday for the season finisher!!

I hope Cala is going for major surgery to correct his ducking problem at the plate, Kurhummer had better be getting divorced and remaried that day, Al Hazard has a date with a locomotive and a liverwurst sub. Otherwise missing a date with the Woodlawn boys is horrible. My wife had tickets purchased for HSBC day at Darien Lake on the day Brant travels to the smog. The kids are still young and they will get over the fact that Daddy told Mommy to sell the tickets or eat the $100. I live for those games. Dad of the year is overrated anyways...
we beat Farnham 14-8 and lost to those sons a bitches from Woodlawn 11-10....a back an forth game was clinched with a run in the bottom of the 7th, after Brant scored 4 in the top to tie it at 10....HR's by Larry Tyger, Vinny Hop-along Pupo and Tony Puntillo.....
