Woodlawn welcomes the boys from Winchester this week. OP could not play this week so we will play Winchester and take off Super Saturday. Tom I believe Ernie called you for an umpire for this game and cancel the one going to OP.
Brant defeated Scranton 28-3 on a cool Tuesday night in Hamburg...Brant was led by Joe Hill(4/4, 2 HR and 8 RBI), Tony Puntillo (3/3 HR 5 RBI), VInce Fininzio (4/5) and Mich Hoch (3/5 HR 4 RBI) The bats were definitely on, as Joe's and Tony's HR's left the yard and almost disrupted thruway traffic. Next up for Brant is a visit from the Tree...Scranton travels to OP.....btw we had no umps, and Whelan is still a superstar
YOU DIDN'T LOOSE, THATS WHY YOU HAVE TO KEEP ON WEARING THEM!!!! DON'T JINX YOUR TEAM!!!!
Ummm, no. I will be off the DL for the Lake Shore game on the 19th in Brant. (If I can crack the lineup) and those god awful velcro sneakers had better be returned to KMart by then. Get your $9 back and put it towards a baseball glove you dont own.
North Collins defeats Big Tree, and the sun couldnt have been in a worse spot for the pitchers, CF, SS and 2B, it was brutal for both teams.
Homer from Chris Bley, triple that was a bomb but ruled in the parking lot by Kyle Hoffman, and tons of singles by myself, for the hitting for NC.
Big Tree played very well, they hit the ball real good, and the pitcher is very solid, they really arent as bad as the one poster on here from them says, they'll be fine.

I want the $.90 for having to go on the Thruway three times to shag balls hit over the fence.
Winchester started fast with 5 in the 1st but Woodlawn was able to match that with 5 of their own. Home runs by Weller,Tyger, and Scarsella led the way. Ernie and Aaron also had home runs that they turned into triples. Great play by the kids in this game with some clutch hitting. Winchester hit the ball well but we were able to hold them off for the win.
Lake shore 8 East seneca 7. What a game!!! Lake shore pulls a come from behind victory. Down 7 -4 going into the bottom of the 7 th . we were able to put 4 across the plate and take home the win. The hero this week was Alex Miklos hit 3 for 4 with the winning RBIs. The only disappointment was the boys from Brant there to watch but the velcro was missing!!!! See you guys a week from tues. Lake shore is spending there bye week at thursday at the square.
