It was cold as hell, but we got the game in....Brant Jumped out to an early 9-0 lead but Lakeview battled back to get the score to 14-12 going into the 5th....Brant tacked on a few more in the 5th and the game was called due to darkness after 5. Thanks to Pat from Woodlawn for coming out and umping for us. Congrats to Lakeview for getting back in the league. They have a solid squad and look forward to the rematch later this year. Jeff Renaldo went big fly for Brant.
Solid day for Chris Bley, 2 HRs, one over the LF fence. NC defense played great, no errors. Beaver pitched well as usual, Ricky Williams was also smashing the ball for NCFC.
Good game to Highland, they hit the ball well and played hard, good time at the hall afterwards too, making the BeerMyid!

North Collins Softball, win or lose, we drink the booze
Thanks to NC for a great game, although Highland couldnt pick up on the great hits and bunts that NC brought with them we still had a good game. Ron Golombek through a great game, while Jim McMurray Jr did his part in center field as the North Collins boys pounded the outfield. Good Food and Beer at the hall afterwards, along with some entertainment as Rookie "BOOZER JR" from NC and rookie Alicia Zygmunt from Highland gave us thier best of "IM A LITTLE TEAPOT". And of course NC and Highland had to return the Gesture with a little song of "HERES TO THE ROOKIES". I just hope Boozer made it home ok on his " LITTLE RED RIDER" after building his Berymid!!!

great win for NC...good time after the game at the Highland hall...had fun workin on the beerymid as well. As for the post above....thats exactly what aron looks like under his jersey.... and beer belly; the red hair is flaming and won't be extinguished until we overtake the Brant squad.
North Collins beat Highland 19-2. The after party was quite interesting. We welcomed 2 rookies into the league with a few refreshments and the North Collins boys got a little "education" from one of our newest members. On a side note all Highland home games will now be played at the Evans Town Park across from Mickey Rats.

holy crap after seeing that picture I don't know if I can report my scores. Well anyways lake shore 25 scranton 7. fun had by all. end of night score was lake shore 4 scranton 0. That would be players left at the bar. good thing dwayne (ex lake shore ) was there to keep the refreshments flowiimg. looking forward to OP next week. And hopefully Taco Night!!!!!!!!!
